Yin Chen
The founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Globe Group.
Yin, 48, is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Globe Group. He has been the driving force of the Group’s success since its humble beginning. His passion, work ethic, uncompromising pursuit for perfection have inspired people around him to thrive for excellence in their areas of responsibilities. Prior to founding Globe, Yin had worked for Fiskars and BOC. He has a MBA from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Donghua University.

Jason Zhuang
Group planning and strategy, manufacturing, product development and logistics
Jason, 52, has more than 30 years of experience in the field of manufacturing for major multinational companies. He joined Globe in 2017 as head of manufacturing operations and has since extended his responsibilities to product development, logistics and overall planning. Prior to joining Globe, Jason was vice president operations for Ezisurg Medical in Shanghai. His work experience also included senior director of operations and R&D for Smith Medical Instrument in Zhejiang and executive director for Stanley Black & Decker in Suzhou. Jason obtained an EMBA from China-Europe International Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dalian Jiaotong University.

Simon Del-Nevo
Group planning and strategy, marketing co-ordination and oversight, as well as specific management tasks in Europe.
Simon, 50, is a 30-year veteran of the powered equipment market. With previous experience at Makita power Tools and a long tenure with Techtronic Industries across sales, marketing and product development roles in power tools and outdoor power equipment. He brings a wealth of industry experience to the group. A previous European President for Globe Europe and Senior Vice President – Product development based in China, Simon now helps to shape the group strategy, business planning and marketing development, as well as day to day management of e-commerce, product management and marketing in Europe.

Brian McCarthy
North American Sales, Marketing and Operations.
With over 35 years of experience in consumer products, as both a retailer and a supplier, Brian, 60, is an industry veteran who brings decades of experience in cross-functional leadership to the organization. Brian worked in sales and marketing at Newell, Lutron Electronics, Apex Tool Group (formerly Danaher Tool Group), Irwin Industrial Tools, and Bosch-Vermont American Tool. Brian began his career at Sears, working first in a suburban Chicago retail store while attending college, and later in its downtown corporate headquarters in advertising, marketing, and inventory planning.

Chief Financial Officer
Peng Cui
Group planning and strategy, corporate finance, treasury, IT, and legal affairs
Peng, 47, joined the Globe Group in 2018 as finance director for the manufacturing operations and has since taken up executive roles as the Group’s chief financial officer. Of his more than 20 years of professional experience, Peng spent nine years with General Electric as finance manager/director for its various Chinese subsidiaries. In addition, Peng also worked as finance director or chief financial officer for other companies in the areas of logistics, investment, and medical equipment. Peng is a qualified CPA and holds a Bachelor of Finance degree.

Ralf Pankalla
European operations
Ralf, 54, is a passionate leader and business executive with extensive experience in organizational change management. Being in the Outdoor Power Industry for over 25 years in numerous Management positions at world-leading Companies and in High Performance organizations at Electrolux, Husqvarna and Kyocera. This has provided a wealth of Product- and Customer experience for Consumer Goods and demanding Commercial products, supplied to Retail, On-Line and Independent Sales Channels, in varying economic situations and global cultures.
