Although this site may look like a web site, in reality it is a collaborative web portal. This allows GTM to offer public viewers and its clients a range of access privileges based on need. On one level, a set of documents is publically viewable as on any web site. But others become users of the site and by virtue of additional access privileges they enjoy access to a greater range of public documents and may even have the right to upload and modify designated documents contained in the portal.

Several levels of access privilege are supported:

• Anonymous: -- Anonymous users may view the site without reporting anything about themselves, just as with any public website. They do not register, join, or login. Anonymous viewers are granted access, however, only to public documents intended for reading by a wide audience.
• Guests: -- Guests also have limited access to the portal. They cannot participate in collaboration with others and cannot add to the repository or subtract from it. They can view, however, all public documents on this site. Guests may "join" at their own volition by simply providing a user name. It is required that they provide a valid email address at the time of registration. A portal-generated password will be immediately sent to the guest's email address for access to the portal. Please click on "Join" in the left panel to register as a guest.
• Members: -- Members are fully members of the GTM team. They can particate in discussions and engage, therefore, in collaboration with other members, partners, or managers. They can upload documents to the portal and share their documents with others. Finally, they have access to documents that are restricted from guests. Members are qualified citizens of the portal and therefore may be admitted only by invitation into the portal by a manager.
• GTM's Clients: -- Clients are a special class of member that in addition are also linked to GTM by contract. They share contractually in the benefits of being more closely connected to the portal and its other partners. This extended community is able, therefore, to benefit to the fullest extent by its association with and particpation in this GTM collaborative portal.
• Managers: -- Managers have full rights and privileges over the portal itself including its contents, its presentation, and its on-going development.
